Every delivery is planned around the spa, distance, access, and difficulty. When the prepared location is accessible and approved, our team will place your spa exactly where you want it. We can also recommend the best orientation for access, views, controls, cover operation, and future service.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide a completed, flat, and level foundation

Confirm that the foundation can support the filled weight of the spa

Provide a clear and accessible delivery path

Remove furniture, gates, vehicles, or other obstacles when required

Arrange all electrical work with a licensed electrician

Provide water for filling the spa

Maintain at least 24 inches of access around the spa for hookup and future service

Crystal Spas does not perform ground preparation, concrete work, foundation construction, leveling, landscaping, electrical work, or electrical hookups.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Our specialized equipment allows us to transport and place your spa safely at the prepared location.

For narrower paths, your spa may be carefully moved upright using our specialized spa trailer and cart.

We can install purchased steps, cover lifts, handrails, Wi-Fi hardware, and other spa accessories.

CRANE & SWIM-SPA DELIVERIES

Swim spas and some difficult hot tub locations require a crane. Crystal Spas will obtain a crane quote, coordinate the appointment, attend the delivery, and help guide the placement.

The customer approves the crane price and pays the crane company directly. Crystal Spas does not add a markup or make money on the crane charge.

Delivery-Day Instruction

On delivery day, we’ll introduce you to your spa’s basic operation, controls, startup chemicals, and water-care process. We’ll also review the cover and installed accessories, point out important equipment and service-access areas, and explain the next steps for filling, electrical connection, and startup.

Because the spa is normally empty and does not yet have power, some features can be difficult to demonstrate fully that day. This initial overview gives you a helpful foundation and prepares you for the free hands-on follow-up class once your spa is filled, powered, and running.

Once your spa is filled, powered, and running, call us to schedule a free hands-on class at your home.

We can help with:

• Operating the spa’s main features

• Startup chemicals

• Testing and balancing the water

• Establishing a simple water-care routine

• Answers to your questions

WATER-CARE SUPPORT AT OUR SHOWROOM

Bring a water sample to our Bountiful showroom and our team can test it, explain the results, and help you determine what adjustments your water may need.

Complimentary water testing is available during the first 30 days after purchase and with a chemical purchase of $50 or more.

After adding chemicals, allow enough time for them to circulate and work before bringing in another sample.
